Moulsford exhibit for the first time
Last weekend Moulsford had a stand at the Independent Schools Show, held at the Evolution Centre in Battersea Park. The Independent Schools Show helps thousands of families each year to plan the next steps for their children. More than 7,000 parents and their children attended the show, which is in its thirteenth year.
There were 240 exhibitors, including familiar names such as The Oratory, Marlborough, Wellington and Harrow, along with local Prep Schools such as Elstree and The Dragon. The event also featured a number of guest speakers talking about topics such as Pre-Tests, moving out of London, sleep and stress in young people and how to survive in a digital world.
Our stand was designed to provide a flavour of life at Moulsford with our watercolour map and pictures of our boys taking pride of place. The astroturf and images of the river highlighted our rural credentials and we had a steady stream of visitors throughout the two days. We enjoyed meeting lots of prospective parents and boys and received a number of compliments on our stand. Huge thanks to Miss Roberts who helped to bring our stand to life with our branded furniture and props, and to the staff who gave up their weekend to represent Moulsford.
