Overnight fun for Activities Week
On Monday and Tuesday, all of the Year 4 boys had an opportunity to experience an overnight stay in the Moulsford Boarding House. Amundsen and Bering stayed on Monday and Cabot and Drake on Tuesday. The evenings were structured to give the boys an accurate representation of a boarding night, with a variety of down time, organised activities, opportunities to decide what they wanted to do, and of course the lovely social element, which is such a big part of boarding. The away-from-home experience will, hopefully, have been really valuable, with a number of the boys staying away overnight for the first time. It may also have helped them to form a clearer picture as to whether or not boarding in the future may be for them. Much fun was had by all and we look forward to seeing some of the boys back in the house at some stage in the future.
