Forces at work and play!
The boys in Year 4 had a fantastic day out at the '@Bristol' science centre. Our Science topic this term has been forces and the boys spent some time carrying out a friction investigation. They also enjoyed the fantastic interactive areas and learnt so much through 'playing' at the various work stations. They launched parachutes, built bridges, dammed rivers, made giant bubbles, watched real tornadoes forming, made animations, and worked in a television station making and filming broadcasts - the list could go on! The boys absolutely loved their day and were thoroughly inspired by the whole experience.
