Oliver ranked in Top 20
Oliver G in Year 5 has spent much of the summer playing tennis. At the start of the holidays he helped the White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre win the Oxfordshire National 9U Summer League finals. Oliver was undefeated in all the previous group qualifying stages and the semi-final and final on the day. In August, Oliver won the Abingdon 9U Open Tournament at Abingdon Lawn Tennis Club and then went on to win the Kirk Moore Open at Salisbury Lawn Tennis Club. Finally, he finished runner-up in the Oxfordshire Junior 9U County Championships. Due to this success, along with other well-positioned finishes in other tournaments, he is now ranked within the Top 20 9U players in Great Britain.
