Circus Skills and a parading chicken?!
Year 8 enjoyed a great day out on Monday, as they were treated to all the fun of the fair at the wonderful Gifford’s Circus. In the morning, the boys gave presentations on the history of the circus, before having a go at some circus skills themselves, including using the trampoline, diablos and juggling.
We then drove over to Blenheim Palace to watch the highly entertaining show. A picnic in the park was followed by a couple of hours of impressive acts and super entertainment. However, despite the huge talent on display, it may have been the parading chicken that stole the show!
The boys were a credit to the school and it was a great start to the Year 8 leavers' programme!
